About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule. You will create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement and responsiveness are required; failure to respond or work at least one shift every 4-6 months may lead to termination.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests.
• Operate scanners, handle transactions, and support store services like order pickup, drive-up, and gift registry.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, support safety and compliance standards.
• Assist with cash handling and other store operations as needed.
