About On Demand: You can work as much or as little as you like, with a flexible schedule based on store needs. As an On-Demand TM, you won't be scheduled in advance but will pick up shifts via the myTime app. Regular engagement is required, including responding to contact attempts and working at least once every 4 weeks (or 5 months starting December 2024). Attendance and responsiveness are essential for continued employment.

During training, you'll attend a Target Welcome orientation and follow a structured schedule to prepare for your role. Afterward, shifts are scheduled through the myTime app.

Service & Engagement:

As a Guest Advocate, you'll focus on providing exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, resolving concerns, and promoting store offerings and loyalty programs. You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, assisting with product knowledge, and handling transactions efficiently.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality guest service and greet guests authentically.
• Observe guest cues and tailor your approach accordingly.
• Assist guests with products, services, and store navigation.
• Handle transactions, returns, and support order pick-up and drive-up services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety policies and promote a culture of safety and ethics.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Willingness to learn about products and services.
• Ability to operate technology and handheld scanners.

Additional Requirements:

• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds occasionally.
• Reliable attendance and active engagement in shift scheduling.
