Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T1318).

This role offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work as much or as little as you like, based on store needs and your availability. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime mobile app and must actively respond to contact attempts to maintain employment.

Starting Hourly Rate: $17.50 USD/hour.

Role Overview

As a Guest Advocate, you'll focus on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with customers, and promoting store offerings and services. Your responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with product inquiries, handling transactions, and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide outstanding guest service by greeting and assisting guests.
2. Handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
3. Assist guests with product knowledge and store services.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
5. Support various store functions, including order pick-up and drive-up services.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds occasionally.

Additional Information

All applicants must be active and engaged, responding to contact attempts and working at least once every 4 to 6 months to maintain employment. Training will be provided, and a structured orientation is required.
