ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Regular engagement by working shifts at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours) is required; failure to do so may result in employment termination. You will need to attend a Target orientation and complete training to prepare for your role.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, and promoting store offerings and programs, including loyalty and fulfillment services. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, understanding their needs, assisting with product and service inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent guest service by greeting and assisting guests
• Understand guest needs through body language and communication
• Be knowledgeable about store products, services, and digital tools
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with returns, de-escalate issues, and recover guest satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support guest services like order pickup and drive-up orders
• Follow safety and compliance policies
