Target seeks an On-Demand Team Member to deliver friendly guest experiences and excellent service in a fast-paced store environment. You will create welcoming interactions, assist guests with finding products, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping journey.

You can choose shifts via the myTime app, attend initial orientation, and participate in short-term structured training to get up to speed. Flexibility and reliability are essential for success in this dynamic role.

Qualifications

• Able to adapt to a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, and start warm, helpful interactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and assist peers to support store needs.
