Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is hiring an Outlet Attendant at Horseshoe Bay Resort to maintain on-course comfort stations and deliver friendly food and beverage service to golfers.

You will stock, clean, and sanitize stations, operate carts, and support bar operations while upholding safety and guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 as required by role.
• TABC Certification and Food Handler’s Certification are required.

About the Role

The Outlet Attendant is responsible for maintaining on-course comfort stations throughout the day, ensuring they remain clean, stocked, and sanitized. This position also provides prompt, friendly service to golfers by assisting with food and beverage orders from the grill.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a golf cart to service comfort stations on the course
• Deliver prompt, courteous service to all guests
• Process on-course food and beverage sales and deliveries
• Stock beverages, snacks, and supplies daily (water, sports drinks, chips, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of stations
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to the kitchen
• Maintain toiletries and paper goods
• Clean, wash, and maintain carts and equipment daily
• Secure stations and equipment at closing
• Support bar operations and closing duties as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• TABC Certification
• Food Handler’s Certification
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements
