Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus student homes and support 8–13 students with daily supervision, routines, and mentorship. The role transitions to a Placed Houseparent with a stable student group over time.

Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling, wellness, transportation to activities, and leading devotions. Benefits cover medical, dental, vision, retirement, relocation and training, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
