Job summary

Heartland Girls Academy, a Christian boarding school in Alabama, is seeking energetic, compassionate team players to live and work on campus with at-risk teenage girls ages 12–17. The role requires on-campus housing, a commitment to safety, and a Christ-centered approach in daily interactions.

Responsibilities include supervising students, following the Staff Personnel Manual, collaborating with Program Supervisors, maintaining dorm cleanliness, supporting treatment planning, and modeling

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Successful background check required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to be certified.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students in a residential setting and ensure health, safety, and wellbeing.
• Follow center policies and the Staff Personnel Manual.
• Communicate with Program Supervisors and build relationships among students.
• Work as a team player and provide clear updates on student events.
• Maintain dorm and personal spaces clean per Heartland Academy standards.
• Participate in events and lead activities as assigned by Program Managers.
• Provide information for Treatment Plans and documentation with required forms.
