Job summary

St. Olaf College is seeking a Visual Content Identity Assistant - Photographer (WS-ST2) to support Residence Life with photography, videography, and branding efforts on campus.

You will capture campus life, manage media assets, and help shape visuals for social media and official materials. The role requires extroverted communication, ability to work with discretion, and to coordinate with the Marketing and Communications Office.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree program at St. Olaf College during the academic year and maintain good standing in academics and conduct.
• Must maintain a cumulative/semester GPA of 2.5; if GPA falls below, retention will be based on consultation.
• No pending cases or active sanctions that would impede performance as staff member.

Responsibilities

• Create, assist, and coordinate content for Residence Life official flyers and informational pamphlets with visuals
• Review and edit all photos within the Residence Life
• Develop social media tactics in relation to the Marketing and Communications Office
• Create and utilize an electronic file database for the storage of all content
• Attend all training, in-services, and development meetings requested by the Residence Life Office.
