Eligibility requires enrollment in a minimum of 6 units (12 units for international students); must be self-motivated, engaging, flexible, and comfortable speaking with diverse campus communities.

Qualifications

• Eligibility requires enrollment in a minimum of 6 units (12 units for international students).
• Must be self-motivated, engaging, flexible, friendly, comfortable talking to strangers, respectful, sensitive and understanding for diverse backgrounds.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Student Ambassadors provide accurate and useful information, welcome visitors, and lead tours for new and prospective students and their families.
• Ambassadors will gain leadership skills and experience, making outreach presentations to share first-hand information about the NVC experience.
• Help new students transition to NVC.
