Job summary

Pennswood Village is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care to independent living residents on our on-campus senior living campus. The role involves delivering individualized care during the 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. shift with 64 hours bi-weekly and no travel required.

You will join an integrated health care team, conduct health assessments, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with families and physicians to support resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Must hold a current Pennsylvania RN license.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
• Experience with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and health assessments to independent living residents.
• Administer medications and perform clinical nursing procedures.
• Monitor residents' needs and changes in condition.
• Participate in individualized care planning.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and care team.
• Complete required nursing documentation.
