Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living on-campus and supervising a group of 8–13 students in a family‑like environment. You will provide daily care, mentorship, manage household routines, coordinate activities, and support students' academic and personal growth.

The role offers full benefits, housing, and a structured schedule on a nine-on/three-off cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two‑person couple role; married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Chapel.

Skills
