Job summary

United Cerebral Palsy Of Central Florida is seeking an Interventionist/Instructional Coach to work on-site at the UCP Osceola Campus in Kissimmee, FL, coordinating MTSS efforts and providing instructional coaching to teachers and staff.

You will partner with the Director of Curriculum and Instruction to implement data-driven intervention plans, model lessons, and support fidelity of evidence-based reading practices within UCP's education program across campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Elementary or Exceptional Education.
• Florida ESE certification.
• Reading Endorsement by June 2021.
• 5 years teaching experience in exceptional student education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead MTSS team data meetings and develop intervention plans.
• Provide direct small-group or 1:1 instruction.
• Collaborate with Curriculum and Instruction teams on coaching and training.
• Monitor intervention fidelity and model demonstration lessons.
• Engage in curriculum development and staff development on reading instruction.
