Candidates must hold a valid Florida teaching certificate and a Bachelor's degree in Education, with experience in tutoring and using high-stakes testing strategies. Proficiency with Google Classroom and Drive is essential.

Qualifications

• Florida teaching certificate required.
• Bachelor's degree in Education preferred.
• Experience tutoring or small group instruction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides 1:1 or small group tutoring for assigned students.
• Implements high stakes testing instructional strategies to stimulate learning and increase student engagement.
• Uses tutoring materials as designed in the Google Drive.
• Keeps track of student academic progress and attendance with high expectations.
• Supports with student data collection and intervention/enrichment lessons.
• Collaborates with Interventionist/Coach and Principal on instruction and data-driven decisions.
• Open to coaching from administrators and instructional coaches.
• Records student data in the UCP Progress Monitoring spreadsheet in Google Drive.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
