Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks a married couple to serve as Full‑time Flex Houseparents living in on‑campus student homes and guiding a group of 8‑13 students. The role supports daily supervision, routines, wellness, and positive development.

The position includes duties such as devotions, Chapel participation, budgeting, and driving students to activities. Requires two‑person commitment and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and oversee student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in programming.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
