Rasmussen University in Rockford, IL is seeking an Examination Proctor for our Nursing Program. This part-time, campus-based role averages 20-25 hours per week and supports exam administration and confidentiality.

You will distribute examination materials, monitor test rooms, verify candidate IDs, assist with scoring and data entry into exam databases, and may serve as a receptionist during performance tests.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; maintain confidentiality.
• Basic familiarity with software applications and exam databases.
• Experience with customer service and handling public inquiries is preferred.
• Ability to follow procedures, give clear instructions, and work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Assist in administering written and computer-based exams.
• Distribute examination materials to candidates.
• Monitor test rooms and enforce time limits and procedures; arrange seating and fingerprints as needed.
• Answer questions concerning examination procedures and routine matters.
• Collect and count examination materials; report violations to supervisor.
