Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students living in the home.

Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth preferred.
• Two-spouse role for married couples.
• Must be age 27+ for both spouses.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive and engage in developmental and recreational activities with students.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
