Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8-13 students.

Flex Houseparents live a family-like routine and help students grow academically, emotionally, and socially. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later, couples may transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship of students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
