Improve Your Tomorrow is seeking a California Men's Service Challenge College Access Mentor as a full-time AmeriCorps member. The role provides mentorship to high school students, helps run Jr. Mentor Fellowship activities, and supports family engagement events.

The position emphasizes data entry in Salesforce, weekly coaching, and attendance at onboarding and training sessions. Term: 2026–27 with school-year schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and management skills.
• Must meet AmeriCorps eligibility requirements (U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status; background check).

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and student development support for students in grades 9–12.
• Oversee Jr. Mentor Fellowship program participation and engagement.
• Create and facilitate supplemental workshops on academic readiness.
• Support family engagement events and school-wide activities.
• Log mentorship sessions and submit program documentation in Salesforce.
