Qualifications

• Two years of practical experience in the course content area, or three years if degree is in an unrelated field.
• At least three years of teaching experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Keep students engaged in a classroom environment while following the established curriculum/syllabus.
• Create a positive educational climate and communicate clear learning objectives.
• Meet course and school-wide student performance goals.
• Manage student behavior in classroom/online and evaluate progress.
• Provide ongoing student advisement and academic counseling as needed.
