Responsibilities

• Conduct live and recorded game presentations for internal and external customers with high entertainment value.
• Maintain a consistent pace with customers to keep gaming action engaging.
• Comply with policies and gaming regulations; report issues to Product Training Specialist.
• Maintain concentration to ensure trainees learn game skills accurately.
• Provide feedback to product developers to improve the product and experience.
• Follow all procedures, including training and disciplinary processes for trainees.
• Attend trainee assessments and support their performance.
• Assist in creating and updating training documents, reports, and materials.
• Conduct retraining sessions to improve quality of work.
• Teach and support all game modules even without a manager present.
• Update training content, visuals, videos, manuals, and PowerPoint materials.
• Perform duties safely and consistently attend work as scheduled.

Position Overview

The On‑Camera Personality’s primary responsibility is to demonstrate online gaming products to internal and external customers, creating an engaging gaming experience. The role also serves as an entertainment and brand host, providing feedback and recommendations to the product development team on improving the product and experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct live and recorded game presentations for internal and external customers, maintaining a high level of entertainment.
• Maintain a consistent pace with customers, ensuring continuous gaming action.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, applicable gaming regulations, and inform the Product Training Specialist of any irregularities, system or chat malfunctions.
• Maintain a high level of concentration to ensure correct game skills are taught to trainees.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to product developers.
• Ensure all procedural, legal, and disciplinary procedures are followed by trainees.
• Attend and assess trainees’ performance.
• Assist in creating and maintaining training documents and reports.
• Hold re‑training sessions as necessary to improve quality of work.
• Prepare to teach and support all game modules within the product lines without a manager present.
• Assist in maintaining and updating existing training material, including course content, visual aids, videos, user manuals, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Perform job duties in a safe manner.
• Attend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license required by law or policy.
• Prior experience or background in stage performance, acting, entertainment, or similar preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic math functions.
• Professional, mature, and strong service mindset.
• Presentable and confident in front of a camera with dedication to the role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management, other team members, and outside contacts of different backgrounds and levels of experience.

Physical Requirements

• Physically access assigned workspace areas with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as CRT, noise, and dust.
• Utilize a laptop and standard keyboard to perform essential functions of the job.
