About the Role

Above all, we are looking for someone with a magnetic on-camera presence.

You are energetic, engaging, curious, and a natural conversationalist who can think on your feet and keep a discussion moving. You should be comfortable bringing your own experiences, perspective, creativity, and sense of humor to the conversation rather than simply asking questions or following a script.

This is not a background role. The chemistry between the two co-hosts will be at the heart of Vintage & Viral.

In this role, you will:

• Co-host approximately two one-hour filmed conversations per month
• Participate in natural, unscripted discussions with a co-host from a different generation
• Explore spirituality, everyday psychology, relationships, personal growth, and modern-day challenges
• Help connect spiritual concepts to issues and experiences relevant to Gen Z and Millennials
• Bring your own stories, opinions, curiosity, knowledge, and humor to each conversation
• Help create discussions that encourage greater understanding, connection, and hope across generations

Who We're Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Are comfortable, expressive, and natural on camera
• Can carry an engaging conversation rather than simply respond to questions
• Are a quick thinker and strong active listener
• Bring positive energy and personality without overpowering the other person
• Are genuinely interested in perspectives and life experiences different from your own
• Have an interest in or knowledge of spirituality and contemporary spiritual concepts
• Are comfortable discussing spirituality as distinct from organized religion
• Can thoughtfully connect larger ideas to everyday situations and challenges
• Are dependable and available for recurring in-person filming in Eugene, Oregon

A background or interest in psychology, counseling, wellness, spirituality, communications, content creation, or a related field is a plus, but professional hosting experience is not required.

Role Details

Location: Eugene, Oregon, in-person

Employment Type: Contract

Compensation: $30/hour

Time Commitment: Approximately 2-4 hours per month

Filming Schedule: Approximately every other week, with scheduling flexibility based on co-host (your!) availability.
