HIGH CALIBER PROTECTION GROUP is seeking a professional Security officer to join our team for on-call weekends and as needed. The ideal candidate brings customer service experience, a high level of performance, and a strong sense of integrity while on-site.

Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring entrances, bag checks, de-escalation of conflicts, enforcing venue policies, and reporting incidents promptly. Must maintain grooming standards and operate surveillance equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Security Officer or in a similar position is preferred.
• Valid registration as a security officer.
• Grooming must be at a well taken care of standard.
• No Visible tattoos.

Responsabilités

• Patrol the premises and maintain a high level of visibility.
• Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility.
• Check bags for unwanted items prohibited from entering venues.
• Observe tables and guests for over intoxication and identify threats and use de-escalation methods.
• Enforce policy and rules set by venue.
• Remove trespassers when necessary.
• Monitor exterior by physically being a deterrent.
• Locate unwanted items on the floor and report to lead and management for immediate removal.
• Respond to reports of suspicious activity.
• Report hourly and any security incidents.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate has experience with public safety and security and operates with a high degree of integrity at all times while working the sites.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the premises and maintain a high level of visibility
• Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility
• check bags for unwanted items prohibited from entering venues
• observe tables and guest for over intoxication and indentify any threats and use De escalation methods
• enforce policy and rulles set by venue
• Remove trespassers when necessary
• Monitor Exterior by Physically being a deterrent
• Locate unwanted items on the floor and report to lead and managment for for immediate removal
• Respond to reports of suspicious activity
• Report on Hourly and any security incidents

Qualifications
