Job summary

HIGH CALIBER PROTECTION GROUP is seeking professional Security Officers to join our events team in Los Angeles. The role emphasizes customer service, high situational awareness and integrity during events.

Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring entrances, bag checks, de-escalation, enforcing venue rules, and reporting incidents. The position is weekends-only with tiered pay of $20–$25 per hour, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Security Officer or in a similar position is preferred.
• Valid registration as a security officer.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.
• Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures.
• Excellent written communication and report writing ability.
• Ability to operate surveillance equipment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Weekends only. Rate: $20/$25 weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the premises and maintain a high level of visibility.

• Check bags for items prohibited from entering venues.
• Observe guests for intoxication and identify threats with de-escalation.
• Enforce policy and rules set by the venue.
• Remove trespassers when necessary.
• Monitor exterior by acting as a deterrent.
• Locate unwanted items on the floor and report for removal.
• Respond to reports of suspicious activity and incidents.
• Report on hourly basis and document security incidents.

The ideal candidate has experience with public safety and security and operates with a high degree of integrity at all times while working the events.

Responsibilities

Patrol the premises and maintain a high level of visibility

Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility

check bags for unwanted items prohibited from entering venues

observe tables and guest for over intoxication and indentify any threats and use De escalation methods

enforce policy and rulles set by venue

Remove trespassers when necessary

Monitor Exterior by Physically being a deterrent

Locate unwanted items on the floor and report to lead and managment for for immediate removal

Respond to reports of suspicious activity

Report on Hourly and any security incidents

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Security Officer or in a similar position is preferred

Valid registration as a security officer

Bilingual spanish / English

grooming must be at a well taken care of standard

No Visiible tatoos

Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures is a must

Must have stauture / Presence
