Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced On-Call Weekend Coordinator to join our healthcare team. This role involves overseeing the intake process during the weekend on-call hours, ensuring seamless care coordination and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide prompt responses to patient and staff inquiries during on-call hours.
  2. Coordinate care and resolve any scheduling issues that arise.
  3. Use healthcare systems to manage patient records and workflow efficiently.
  4. Collaborate with clinicians, clients, and caregivers to maintain the highest quality of care.
  5. Manage the intake process for new patients, including registration, verification of demographic and insurance information, and completion of required paperwork.

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in using WellSky, Epic, and CarePort systems.
  2. Prior experience in healthcare scheduling or care coordination is required.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Work Setting: Remote but must come in for training.
