On-Call Weekend Caregiver | $60/Day Stipend + $22/hr for Coverage

You have a driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation to reach client homes across Montgomery County within 1 hour

You are comfortable being on-call and able to respond quickly to last-minute shifts

Be willing to provide a negative TB test and a CPR certification

Active CNA license or 4+ years of home care experience

What to expect (if called in)

Providing hands-on care (ADLs, meal prep, companionship)

Supporting clients with incontinence care, transfers, and mobility assistance

Driving clients to appointments or running errands if needed

Responding to urgent, last-minute care needs

What You’ll Receive:

$60 per day ($5/hour) stipend just for being on call (7pm to 7am every other Saturday and Sunday)

$22/hour when covering last-minute shifts or client callouts

Mileage reimbursement in between clients

Up to $300 per year in continuing education reimbursement
