Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Retail Attendant (On-Call) to support visual merchandising and product knowledge for our luxury outlets. You will oversee product flow, stock levels, and storefront presentation to maximize sales.

You will collaborate with the Buying and Store Operations teams, learn Micros POS, and assist with inventory, ticketing, and RTVs. Weekend availability is required, and you should enjoy fashion merchandising and delivering exceptional

Qualifications

Interest in fashion merchandising and display creation for store aesthetics.
Willingness to provide service to residents, guests and peers.
Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Ability to work under pressure, set priorities and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

Provide visual merchandising support for Retail Outlets and product knowledge for new goods.
Oversee flow of goods and stocking to maximize sales performance.
Plan store aesthetics in collaboration with buying and store operations.
Assist with inventory, ticketing and RTVs and ensure visual standards.
Operate Micros POS system and participate in leadership meetings.
Support monthly inventories and maintain storeroom organization.
