Job summary

Palicon Group is seeking a part-time Security Specialist-FLEX (unarmed) for the Needles, CA client site. Under general supervision, you will patrol assigned areas, enforce client rules, and respond to incidents.

The on-call fill-in role requires flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays, with potential extended shifts. You will coordinate with clients and law enforcement as needed, maintain logs, and prepare incident reports while providing courteous security services to protect people

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current and valid Security Guard Registration (BSIS) required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
