Job summary

Prosegur is seeking an Unarmed Flex Officer for our Fridley manufacturing facility in Minnesota. This on-call security role offers hourly pay between $20.00 and $21.60 and requires strong customer service, observation, and communication skills.

Duties include patrols, hazard reporting, and adherence to site post instructions. Qualifications include high school diploma or GED, driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Driver's License.
• Clean driving record and valid driver license.
• Capable of following complex instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
• You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.
• Post dress code may vary from a suit and tie, or tactical
• Train in multiple locations and cover when needed.
• Be adaptable to schedule changes
• Have availability to work more than two shifts to cover where the operator needs you to be scheduleddepending on coverage needs.
