Prosegur Security is seeking an Unarmed Flex Officer to support the Twin City Metro area with a strong work ethic and customer service skills. The role emphasizes observation, judgment, and quick, appropriate responses to security situations across multiple sites in the Twin Cities.

Applicants should be 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. English communication must be excellent.

• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• Be customer service oriented with basic to intermediate computer skills and strong written and oral communication.
• Perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather conditions as an Unarmed Security Officer.
• Post dress code may vary from a suit and tie, or tactical

The Security Professional is expected to have strong observational skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to respond quickly and appropriately to various security situations. Prosegur is one of the largest security providers in the world. We are looking for Security professionals that want to grow and develop professionally in our organization.

Shift Detail and Location

We are hiring for multiple sites around the Twin Cities

Hours will vary from location, Only 1st and 2nd Shift available

Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:

Physical Requirements:This position requires significant physical activity throughout the shift. Officers must be able to:

Walk and stand for extended periods (including completing multiple rounds and patrols of up to 1–2 miles per shift)Frequently climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as required by site patrol routesWork indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsMaintain alertness and situational awareness during all patrolsOccasionally lift and/or move up to 25 poundsThese physical requirements are essential to performing the job successfully.
