Job summary

Prosegur in Mountlake Terrace, WA is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for first-shift patrols. You will patrol and monitor premises to maintain a safe environment across multiple sites, with on-call flexibility and professional client interaction.

The role requires 18+ years, a High School Diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and a background check. WA Guard Card is preferred, with strong English communication and interpersonal skills essential for success.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• WA Guard Card preferred.
• Must pass MVR & background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while patrolling, monitoring premises and performing search procedures.
• Promote safety by observing, correcting, and reporting hazards.
• Follow post instructions and client requirements at multiple sites.
• Participate in training and learn general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees and the public professionally.
• Be customer service oriented with basic to intermediate computer skills and clear written/spoken communication.
• Perform routine foot patrols, handle lifting, and work in all-weather conditions.
