Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to ASD first-call notifications, transfer coordinator communications, and manager requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct residential, facility, and coroner removals per protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Lead or support transfer operations, ensuring safety and procedural standards.
• Use Case Management platform to identify decedent records when initiating cases.
• Maintain respectful, compassionate interactions with families, medical staff, and officials.
• Review daily communications, transfers, and logistics postings.
• Communicate effectively using approved software and platforms.
• Remain composed with sound judgment in high-stress situations.
• Foster collaboration and teamwork across the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Transfer Coordinator.
