Lithia Ford of Klamath Falls is seeking an on-call Dealer Trade Driver. The role involves ensuring VINs and stock numbers match paperwork, coordinating paperwork with dealer invoices, and confirming traded vehicles are clean and undamaged before delivery.

You will notify management of any issues and ensure all keys, guides, and accessories accompany each trade. The position requires towing a flat bed trailer, a valid driver’s license, and a strong attention to detail with excellent

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, 18+ required.
• Must be able to tow flat bed trailer with company truck and trailer.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and typing skills to enter information accurately into tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Verify VINs and stock numbers match paperwork.
• Ensure copies of dealer invoices accompany paperwork.
• Confirm traded vehicle is clean and undamaged before leaving the lot.
• Notify GSM or Manager on duty if damage is found.
• Ensure all reference guides, keys, and wheel locks accompany traded vehicles.
• Newly traded vehicles must be inspected before accepting delivery.
• If damage is found, contact GSM or Desk Manager before leaving the lot.
• Note missing keys, books, wheel locks, floor mats, and ensure accessories are on the vehicle.
