Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Valid Colorado Substitute Authorization or Teacher License preferred.
• Strong classroom management and ability to follow lesson plans.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and student needs.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Front Desk/Administrative Assistant on arrival.
• Maintain classroom routines and expectations.
• Implement lesson plans and follow the school curriculum.
• Monitor student behavior during class and transitions.
• Take daily attendance and complete records.
• Follow all school policies and procedures.
• Communicate with the regular teacher or administration regarding progress.
• Ensure the classroom is clean and organized at day’s end.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
