Job summary

Barona Band of Mission Indians in Lakeside, CA is seeking a Substitute Co teacher to support lead preschool teachers in delivering a safe, developmentally appropriate program. You will assist with child development activities and adhere to all relevant policies and Native American cultural considerations.

The role requires CPR certification and a California driver’s license. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 2 PM, with the position open until filled.

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Education 12+ units required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college education preferred.

General Summary

Substitute Co teacher supports the work of the lead preschool teachers as they are responsible for providing a safe and developmentally appropriate preschool program in accordance with all relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
