Tailored Brands, Inc. seeks an on-call Stylist Assistant to support our Advertising Production team at the Dublin, California office. The role focuses on assisting Lead Stylists, managing sample organization, and preparing for e-commerce photography while contributing to editorial projects.

You will collaborate across the styling team, handle prepping tasks like steaming and ironing, maintain a tidy styling area, and help ensure wardrobe is ready for shoots and deliveries to departments.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail apparel experience; men’s experience a plus.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Extremely organized, detail oriented and self-motivated.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Able and willing to travel for editorial projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support lead stills and fashion stylists with e-commerce and/or editorial projects.
• Prep techniques including steaming, pinning, stuffing, and ironing for camera-ready merchandise.
• Organize and maintain the styling/prop area and wardrobe on set.
• Communicate with the merchandise coordinator to receive and prepare product.
• Pull and return wardrobe with direction from lead stylists.
• Repackage product after photoshoots and deliver to correct departments.
