• Demonstrate proficiency in basic reading, writing and math at a level required for high school seniors by completing ONE of the below options: AA/BA degree, 48 semester units with a C- or better, OR completion of the basic proficiency test approved by SJCOE HR.

Responsibilities

• Assist certificated staff in instruction, supervision and training of students with various special education needs.
• Work closely with teachers and follow established procedures and policies.
• Provide instructional training experiences in diverse educational environments, including classrooms, learning centers, vocational programs, and community settings.
