Job summary

The Spa Treatment Provider delivers high-quality massage therapy and/or esthetic services to WPR members and guests on an on-call basis. This position focuses on providing treatments within the scope of the employee’s applicable professional license while maintaining WPR service, cleanliness, sanitation, and member experience standards.

Job duties include performing treatments, preparing rooms, completing intake forms, and following all safety and sanitation protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent or higher.
• Current Utah professional license required for all services performed.
• CPR/AED certification required; annual background check.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in the licensed discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs massage therapy and/or esthetic treatments based on Utah licensure and bookings.
• Provides professional, attentive service following spa protocols and standards.
• Prepares and sanitizes treatment rooms, restocks supplies, and maintains cleanliness.
• Completes intake forms, waivers, and treatment documentation timely and accurately.
• Maintains confidentiality of member and guest information and records.

Education
