Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current applicable Utah professional license.
• CPR/AED certification may be provided by WPR.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in the licensed discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform massage therapy and/or esthetic treatments per licensure and bookings.
• Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms; restock supplies.
• Complete intake forms, waivers, and treatment records.
• Maintain confidentiality of member and guest information.
• Follow sanitation standards and licensing requirements.
• Communicate concerns to Spa Supervisor and support a team environment.
