Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Snow Truck Driver to perform all snow removal tasks. This on-call role requires flexibility for 6–12 hour shifts, often overnight during storms. The season begins with the first snowfall and may demand extended hours for major events.

You will operate a range of equipment, work with sidewalk crews, and follow safety guidelines while meeting high quality standards. A valid license and background check are required, with CDL not needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of commercial snow removal experience with a plow/salt truck.
• 3+ years of commercial snow experience using heavy equipment (Skid-Steer, Front End Loader, Backhoe) with plows and containment boxes.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow removal equipment (pow/box trucks, ATVs with plows, snow blowers, shovels, salt spreaders).
• Collaborate with sidewalk crews to complete snow removal safely and to high quality standards.
