Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Snow Truck Driver to join our field team in Illinois. This on-call role requires operating plow trucks and salt equipment during snow events, with shifts typically 6–12 hours and often overnight.

Candidates must have 3+ years snow removal experience, a valid driver’s license (CDL not required), be 18+, and pass background checks. You’ll work outdoors in extreme weather and use our attendance-tracker app on a smartphone.

Qualifications

• 3 years of commercial snow removal using plow/salt trucks.
• 3+ years with skid-steer, front end loader, backhoe or equivalent snow equipment.
• 18+ years old; valid driver's license (CDL not required).
• Pass background check and training; authorized to work in USA.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow removal equipment (plows, salt spreaders, snow blowers).
• Coordinate with sidewalk crews to complete assignments safely and efficiently.
