Job summary

Green Light Lawn Care, Inc. in West Lafayette, IN is seeking a Snow Removal Equipment Operator to support winter management. You will operate mid-to-large-scale machinery to clear snow, manage ice, and keep access open for commercial and residential properties.

This on-call, weather-dependent role requires quick thinking and rapid deployment during storms. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of experience operating skid steers, wheel loaders, or large machinery in slick conditions.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record.
• Prior commercial snowplowing experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate heavy snow removal machinery to clear snow safely and efficiently.
• Calibrate and apply bulk de-icing materials to create safe surfaces.
• Respond to on-call winter weather shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
