The role requires operating front end loaders, Bobcats, and a fuel truck, with outdoor, physically demanding work in all weather.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of heavy equipment or snow-removal experience, a valid driver’s license (DOT license preferred or obtainable), and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Experience operating front end loaders and Bobcats is required.
• Experience with fuel trucks is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; a DOT license is preferred or obtainable.
• 2 years minimum experience in heavy equipment or commercial snow removal.
• Clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clear snow from driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, and roadways.
• Operate front end loaders, Bobcats, and fuel trucks as needed.
• Work outdoors in challenging weather conditions.
• Maintain clear communication with team regarding snow conditions and operations.
• Be on call for weather events 24/7.
