Job summary

NWS — FreshPure Water Systems in Boise, ID is seeking a Service Technician for on-call / gig work. This 1099 independent contractor role pays $55/hr all-inclusive and dispatches when a machine needs diagnosis or repair.

You will respond to on-call dispatches at retail locations, diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues on water vending equipment, and complete service reports with before-and-after photos at each visit. National Water Services, LLC.

Qualifications

• Hands-on plumbing experience (water lines, valves, fittings)
• Hands-on electrical troubleshooting experience
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical equipment
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Smartphone with camera for reporting and communication
• Available for on-call dispatch in local area

Responsibilities

• Respond to on-call dispatches at retail store locations in your area
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues on water vending equipment
• Complete a service report with before and after photos at each visit
• Communicate findings and repair status back to the NWS home office
• Some jobs are quick on-site fixes; others may require a follow-up visit
