Job summary

NWS — FreshPure Water Systems in Denver, CO is seeking a Service Technician for an on-call / gig role. You’ll respond to dispatches, diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues on water vending equipment, and complete service reports with photos.

This 1099 independent contractor position pays $55 per hour, with no fixed schedule. Flexible, on-demand work fits around your existing trade or maintenance activities, and no licensing is required beyond a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Hands-on plumbing experience with water lines, valves, fittings, connections.
• Hands-on electrical experience with wiring and troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical equipment on your own.
• Reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license.
• Smartphone with camera and on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to on-call dispatches at retail store locations in your area.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues on water vending equipment.
• Complete a service report with before and after photos at each visit.
• Communicate findings and repair status back to the NWS home office.
