The Ecology Center is a nonprofit Regenerative Organic™ Farm and cultural hub in San Juan Capistrano. We host seasonal meals, community events, and workshops rooted in sustainable food systems, local agriculture, and shared connection. Our Campesino Café is the heart of our food experience—serving fresh, farm-sourced meals in a vibrant, outdoor setting.

We are seeking a warm, reliable Server to join our events team. You’ll play a vital role in delivering meaningful, joyful dining experiences to our guests—whether during an intimate farm dinner or a bustling weekend brunch. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys nature, community, and intentional hospitality.

Qualifications
