• Deliver food promptly and professionally; maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards.
• Advise guests on menu items and allergens; accommodate reasonable requests and note preferences.
• Communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure correct delivery and accommodate special requests.
• Maintain professionalism, flexibility and good guest relations; handle tickets and cash following procedures.
• Keep dining area clean and stocked; ensure sanitation standards are met.
