What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expertise and oversight for workforce development projects in energy efficiency, transportation, and IT
- Network and communicate with senior stakeholders regarding employment and economic strategies
- Lead proposal development to secure project growth with Federal, state, and commercial clients
- Offer writing and presentation support for various deliverables and reports
- Implement work-based learning programs and conduct research and evaluation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree or PhD in public policy, political science, educational psychology, economics, or related social services field
- Minimum of 12 years of experience with Federal and/or state workforce agencies and related entities
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading evidence reviews for the U.S. Department of Labor
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employer-driven workforce innovations
- Strong presentation, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
