Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking an On-Call Caregiver to support seniors at home. This role offers a base hourly wage plus a flat on-call stipend, with potential to combine full-time hours, overtime, and bonus pay.

You’ll respond to urgent needs outside regular hours, review care plans, and provide mobility, meals, and companionship while keeping clients safe and comfortable and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for seniors in home or facility settings.
• HHA or CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, respectful, and dependable team player.

Responsibilities

• Be available during assigned on-call days and hours.
• Return calls within 15 minutes during on-call time.
• Provide in-home care to keep seniors safe and comfortable.
• Assist with mobility, personal care, meals, errands, and light housekeeping.
