Job summary

Per Mar Security Services is seeking an on-call flex officer to train across multiple locations and cover shifts as needed. You must be available on short notice and report to the Operations Manager for scheduling changes.

Federally recognized holidays are paid time and a half, and we offer additional pay for call-ins on days off. Responsibilities include monitoring premises, locking/inspecting access points, and responding to security incidents while maintaining a professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Current Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to multiple sites.
• Must be able to obtain WI State Security Officer License.
• Pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent theft or infractions.
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates for proper function and security.
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations.
• Address suspicious or criminal acts and report issues.
